Ancient buildings in Beijing under renovations

Since the project of humanistic Olympics was implemented in 2003, Beijing
has launched 121 renovation projects for ancient buildings and completed
51 of them. These 51 projects covered an area of more than 450,000 square
meters, setting a record of the largest construction scale, the highest
investment volume and the longest duration of cultural relic renovation
in the capital city in the past 100 years. Pictured, the renovation
